In SolidarityBlack Lives Matter Movement at Brown University
Black lives in America are constantly being threatened, harmed, marginalized, and discriminated through institutionalized racism. The events at Mizzou, Ferguson, Yale, Baltimore, and every other city and university in the United States are not isolated events. They are part of the continuous and burdensome sequence of oppression that people of color face everyday. No person should ever experience the feeling of fear due to the color their skin. To the students of color, especially Black students, at Mizzou, we, students of color at Brown, stand with you in solidarity. To those who would threaten your sense of safety, we are watching. #ConcernedStudent1950 #InSolidarityWithMizzou . |
